Returns & Exchanges

At Hampden Clothing, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all designer tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar secure container, ensuring all original tags and packaging are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package, removing any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our boutique, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
